Tray Drier

The dryer comprises of a cabinet containing series coloum of trays placed vertically one after another on a wheels mounted trolley .This is a batch type static dryer, where the operator is required to normally shuffle/ displace the particles being dried once or twice within the total drying period.

Hot air is being introduced from the sides of the chamber in such a fashion that quantity of air distributes uniformly right from bottom to top of chambers. An adequate capacity exhaust blower is mounted on the top of the roof of dryer for removing of moisture vapour to atmosphere.
