It Comprises of a cylindrical shell having conical bottom attached with steam / thermic fluid / electrical radiators at the side of the conical bottom and at the top of the vessel is fitted with an induced draft fan to create state of fluidization and negative air pressure, Normally hot air is being introduced from the bottom through radiator by creating negative suction which helps in removing the moisture rapidly because of the floating bed and the raw material gets dried very quickly.
